Pilates is a focused and relaxed way to calm your mind and teach your how to use your muscles in a controlled way. It will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, engage your core, develop good posture and improve your bio-mechanics for sport and life in general.

How It Works

We offer one to one and small group classes to provide a  system of physical conditioning which will strengthen and challenge your muscles in new ways and will:

  • Help eliminate harmful toxins through the lymphatic system ensuring you make an accelerated recovery from a hard workout or a stressful day at the office which means better work life balance.
  • Help with all over flexibility, back pain and is a great low impact alternative to regular exercise that has multiple health benefits.
  • Calm and give space from the bustle of life because its approach encourages relaxation in harmony with your breathing which means better well-being and life balance.
  • Help you clear your mind and focus on your body, identifying areas that need strengthening, lengthening and bio mechanical imbalances.

One to one session £30 per hour and small group sessions from £8 per hour.
